Tien Phong Mold Steel Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong - China joint venture company. Is a professional mold shell manufacturing company: including fully processed non-standard mold shells and standard mold shells with diverse sizes. In addition, we also provide steel materials for mold making and other special steels imported from abroad.

In 2023, the company has invested in 20 high-precision processing equipment such as: large grinding machines, large lathes, rod drilling machines, CNC machines, punching machines...etc; and more than 100 employees. To serve the needs as well as provide customers with the most diverse choices.

II. Business scope

We provide all kinds of metal materials to make standard mold shells and non-standard mold shells, accompanying components such as guide shafts, bushings... Importing all kinds of special steels, all kinds of mold steels imports from major countries.

  1. Plastic mold steel includes:: P20, 738, S50C, S136, S136H, S55C, 718H….vv.
  2. All-metal steel included: SDK11， DC53, SKH9…vv.
  3. Cast steel mold included: SDK61, DAC, 8407, 2344…vv.
  4. Vỏ base tiêu chuẩn Use appropriate molds and can process all sizes as required.
  5. Non-standard mold shell, hole system, frame are machined with high technology, precision, fast delivery time, can be assembled in a single unit, can be immediately put into use at the factory.
